Bought the self proclaimed Malaysia’s No 1 broadband, Celcom on Monday 1/6/09 around noon, paid the RM 98 package and was promised to get the connection up and running latest the next morning, 2/6/09. Tried that morning, nothing. Tried again yesterday, nothing. Get back to them and was told my name was registered but something wrong with the system. I was told that they will re-register my name again yesterday. As of now, 4/6/09 5 pm, no news from them again whether i’m now able to use the broadband despite their staff’s at Sg Chua promised to solved it by today. Tomorrow will be Friday, it remains to be seen whether they can solved the problem or not and one thing for sure, Celcom still has a looooooooong way to go to be the No. 1 broadband in Malaysia. Impressive advertisement service wise, SUCKS!!! Yet, i guess i’m still lucky compared to San Jiun’s encounter with Celcom.
