A(H1N1)- Almost 100 and counting

Posted by: kkitsam on: June 25, 2009

The A(H1N1) flu virus victim in Malaysia is now standing at 91 cases with 11 new cases today. While the virus might not be as serious as the bird flu H1N5 virus, the continuing rise of new cases is alarming. What is evident is the slow, non responsive government especially the Health Ministry lead by liow tiong lai in handling the case. Right from the start all we heard from the government is the “not so serious actions” for fear of turning off tourist.

Compared to singapore which experineced the SARS attack before, our actions were not only slow but half hearted at best. All the government care was tourist and money, and Malaysian can be left to rot. Shouldn’t we be encourage to wear mask all the now during this period. Oh cannot, the government is afraid of causing panic among the people! Again this is the moronic action by the idiotic government!!!!

Worst now the Health Ministry is hiding their inaction earlier by pointing the fingers at those victims. Accusing them of spreading the virus while they are not doing enough. Only now the airports is equip with thermometers to check all the arriving passengers.  I believe it’s time to call for the head of Liow tiong lai before we have more serious case.
