This is the new political party in town, the PATI AYAM MALAYSIA ;

Pati Ayam

few days ago, this party loudly supported the effort by Gerakan Mansuhkan ISA to rally in KL tomorrow to hand over a memorandum to our Duli Yang Maha Mulia Seri Paduka Baginda yang Dipertuan Agong for the abolishment of ISA.

However, today this PATI AYAM, chicken out after the police label the rally as illegial

chicklittle

so today the so called leader for the PATI AYAM, went to hand over a memorandum.  However these chicks were informed that the Istana is not your reban ayam where you can come and go as you like. One thing to note is, they clearly went there for publicity rather than handing over the memorandum, because if you see from the video by Malaysiakini, the reporters were well informed earlier of their arrival, so instead of going home as a hero, they went back more as a CHICKEN, full of shame if only they know the word SHAME.

Took some pictures from yesterday’s memorial for Beng hock organised by Civil Right Committee-KLSCAH, supported by “Justice for Beng Hock” and “1BlackMalaysia’ facebook groups.

All were sadden by the death of Beng Hock, and more so with other 1803 custodial death victims before him since 2003, and R.Gunasegaran who followed after Beng hock.

To date, 1805 lives was taken during custody.

1805 names lost during custody.

1805 families grieving the lost of their love ones.

1806 COULD BE YOU OR ME. Stay silent or stand up and speak out, the choice is yours.

LINKS : The whisperer ,

I was alerted by the news on MT about a new blog called Truth for Teoh Beng Hock, of which it implicates that DAP was the behind the murder of Teoh. It went on to publish documents which he claimed was truth that corruption did happened in Selangor under DAP.

Click HERE to the blog and HERE for the documents.

pg09

I just paste one of the docs,  the blog owner claimed that Sg Pelek’s ADUN Ronnie Liu had misused his position to award numerous contracts to one name Wong Chun Chow totalling RM216950 in just one year.

Well from the list, it do seems something is very wrong with how the contract was awarded. how can it be awarded to the same person for so many projects? Well it do suggest that corruption might have happened here, but wait…

From the official Selangor state website; HERE

yapeewah

the ADUN for N56 Sg Pelek is not ronnie Liu, it was Yap Ee Wah from MCA!!! and Ronnie Liu was the ADUN for Pandamaran!!!!

N56_yapeewah

from my old newspaper collected last GE (the last time i bought one), the results for the last GE in Sg pelek was:

N56 SUNGAI PELEK =

1) YAP EE WAH (BN-MCA)= 7053

2) SIVANATHAN ARUMUGAM (DAP)=5481

3) AB MANAP SAHARDIN (IND)= 816

SPOILT VOTES=431

MAJORITY=1572

Since the ADUN for Sg Pelek is Yap Ee Wah from MCA and not Ronnie Liu, we can now conclude that theory of DAP corrupt and was behind the murdered of Teoh is BUSTED!!!!

What is important to take note of this episode is;

Do not believe information so easily especially those from BN and if those documents are indeed true and corruption had happened, then it was good to saaid that MCA will never reform and will continue to corrupt as long as they are in power. Another is, how come the state government can let this thing to happened when they are looking after the state? Please buck up la, and send the Sg pelek ADUN to MACC, and let them thrown him down from the window.

My house in Kompleks Hentian Kajang was broken in again. This is the second time he broke into my house, the first time in february when san jiun lost her camera and lap top. This time, it happenend at 12.30 pm around the same time by the same bastard broke in as the last. The scary thing is, i have added two “solid” pad locks since the first incident, one brand EURO, the other one SLOCK , Italy technology, they name it and yet, the two padlocks were opened and that bastard just came in to my room, and i was there, sleeping.

The moment he open my room he fled, boom, and that’s all i heard. i wake up and rush out but saw the main door closed but not locked. Then i fiind my gate wide open, and the two padlocks were missing!!! Nothing else lost except for the two padlocks, but that was damn scary. Last time no padlocks, broken in, this time two padlocks and still end up with my gate wide open!!! I can’t even go out now.

Just now the police came, have my name and IC no taken then left! Nothing lost he said, then it’s up to you whether you want to make report or not!!! Don’t seems to help as well. What else can i do???

Whenever someone died or i should just say killed in custody, it was always the PDRM, but now, they have another partner in crime, MACC. Teo Beng Hock, just 30 years of age, died at the Malaysia Anti Corruption Commission head quaters in Shah Alam after he spend some less than 24 hours there. He was supposed to be the so called witness call by MACC to probe the allegation of misusing funds by Selangor Exco members. He went in at 5pm (15/7/09) and was held for questioning until the next morning 4am, according to MACC.

Now, Teo was not allowed to have his lawyer with him, as Yb Manoharan went along with him only to be rejected by the MACC. Why? Why he couldn’t have his lawyer with him?

Then why MACC have to held him until 4 am in the morning? What were they do all night long? Why the questioning cannot continued the next day? What rights do MACC have to held him until the wee hours, without his lawyer or company?

Now, remember one thing, he died while he was with MACC, so if he was murdered there,why should we believe a word from MACC? Look at the picture below;

If someone plunged to his death from 14 or 15 floors, what will the body looks like? A clean body without  pool of bloods or any serious damaged to his body? Surely some serious injuries be noted. I bet there’s foul play here and chances are he was killed somewhere and have his body place at the site to cook up a story that he commited suicide. his death cannot be silence by those evil who took his life, we cannot let another A. Kugan ending, which until now, after so many months, those who took his life is still at large. No, it should still in Bukit Aman.

Selangor State Exco’s aide plunges to death from MACC HQ

mk50The aide of a Selangor state executive councillor plunged to his death from the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) Selangor headquarters in Shah Alam. Teo Beng Hock’s body was found on the rooftop of a building next to the towering block which houses the MACC headquarters.

The 30-year-old former journalist was DAP exco Ean Yong Hian Wah’s political secretary. He was believed to have jumped from the 14th floor of the Tower Block where the MACC Selangor office is located early this afternoon.

Yesterday, Teo was taken to the MACC headquarters for questioning in relation to a probe concerning several Pakatan assemblypersons.

When the news of his death broke, Pakatan leaders, including Ean, rushed to the building. Other DAP leaders at the MACC headquarters are Ronnie Liu, Teng Chang Khim and Tony Pua. Both Liu and Teng, who were at building for more than an hour, confirmed that Teo had died.

Earlier, Selangor police chief Khalid Abu Bakar told Malaysiakini that the case was being investigated. Speaking to reporters later, the police chief said the deceased was found clad in a black jacket, blue shirt and white pants.

Lawyer: He looked happy

MACC investigation division director Shukri Abdull (right) told reporters that Teo was released at 3.45am but the deceased did not go home and was seen loitering in the building.

According to him,Teo had wanted to rest for a while at the pantry. He was seen still sleeping there at 6am. “Nobody saw him after that until his body was found at around 1.30pm,” he said. He repeatedly stressed that Teo was merely a witness in the investigation and not being probed.

Asked how they discovered the body, Shukri said they were alerted when they heard someone scream. His lawyer M Manoharan, who accompanied Teo to the MACC office yesterday, said the deceased looked normal and showed no signs of being under stress.

“He was happy and looked composed. I had advised him how to handle the interrogation since I was not allowed in during questioning,” he said.

Manoharan, who is the Kota Alam Shah assemblyperson, last saw Teo at around 7p.m. As of 6p.m. this evening, Teo’s body was still on the roof top of the building.

Teo’s laptop seized yesterday

Ean’s office was raided by the MACC yesterday where officers confiscated a laptop belonging to Teo as well as a desktop computer.

The MACC also raided the office of Kampung Tunku state assemblyperson Lau Weng San yesterday.Apart from Ean and Lau, six other Pakatan elected representatives are also under investigation – Teresa Kok (Kinrara), Hannah Yeoh (Subang), Elizabeth Wong (Bukit Lanjan), Dr Cheah Wing Yin (Damansara Utama) and Edward Lee (Bukit Gasing).

The commission had earlier quizzed several people, including the personal aides of five assemblypersons – Ean, Lau, Kok, Wong and Yeoh.

Selangor state representatives are given RM500,000 each every year to fund community programmes in their respective constituencies. MACC has alleged that the funds have been abused by the elected representatives.

R Sivarasa, who is Subang parliamentarian, said that the death was under very suspicious circumstances. “At this point, we are holding MACC responsible until we get a better explanation.”

Meanwhile, Kok asked why MACC took Teo away for interrogation at 5.40pm yesterday and thus forcing him to stay in the building overnight. Pua wondered why Teo would want to stay back after he was released by his interrogators. “Anyone who is asked for statements would be told to leave after the procedure is over.”

He lamented that Teo’s lawyer, Manoharan, was not allowed to be present during the interrogation. Halimah Ali, a PAS exco in the Selangor government, also revealed that Teo had his car in the MACC building. “There is no reason for him not to go home.”

Will Chua jui Meng join PKR?

oh very likely, it will be announce this Saturday (18/7/09) in Sunway. Just confirmed this, let’s hope there will be no more last minute jumping or fooling around. Anyway, he doesn’t have any future left in MCA or it could be MCA that doesn’t have good future with nothing from their promised of reform, right? the good thing i remember about this Chua Jui Meng is, he is one of those who opposed Ling Liong Sik to aquire Nanyang back then. In fact, his vote back then was decisive, forcing Ling to call for all central committee members to vote, of which less than 60% of them agreed with the move to buy nanyang. Well all is history now, and Nanyang also became a history. At least that is to many who used to read the paper back then, and boycott the move to news monopoly.

This is the time to reassure the government that we the Anak Bangsa Malaysia is serious with our demand for the abolishment of ISA. We de not want any changes or reform with ISA, we want and END to it. 1 Aug 2009 is a SATURDAY, guess you have no more reason to run away from it. Invite all your family members and friends to join this rally, let’s rock them!!!

ok i give you another reminder why you should attend this rally. Remember in september 2008 when three person was arrested in one day. A reporter from Sin Chew was arrested, Teresa Kok and Raja Petra were also arrested. Reasons given by the Home Minister was varied, first, the reporter was arrested because she was in danger after her report on Ahmad Ismail’s called on the non malay as PENDATANG.  Yes arrested for her safety, yet no arrest was made on those who threaten her safety.

As for Teresa Kok, i can only remember what she said as “I don’t even know why i was arrested”, because the mainstream media twisted the whole story with her claimed that the food is like dog food. (gosh the MSM did really made me forgot facts)

As for RPK, well there’s a lot of reasons to detaind him under ISA, well that is at least according to the Home minister. but one of the four or five, is his article “Lets send Altantuya’s murderer to hell ” which connects the DPM then, now PM Najib Razak and Rosmah Mansur as those involved in Altantuya’s death.

so now, as it goes, ISA is not for communist (the reason of why it was created), but for many many reasons that the Home Minister sees fit. It could be your look that he don’t like, it could be your voice he don’t like, it could even be your underwear he don’t like, as long as he doesn’t like YOU, he can ordered your detention WITHOUT TRIAL.

so let us remembers again, this
